Why Are Questions Being Directed at Abhijeet Dipke Instead of the Madhya Pradesh Government?
A serious situation has reportedly emerged in a tribal village in Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh, where around 30 children have reportedly died after falling ill. According to local accounts, the village lacks proper access to safe drinking water, and many residents depend on river water for their daily needs. Poor access to clean drinking water and healthcare has raised serious concerns about the health and safety of children in the area.
There are also reports that superstition and traditional rituals are still followed in the village when people become seriously ill. Instead of relying only on proper medical treatment, some families reportedly turn to religious rituals and prayers.
This raises an important question: Who is responsible for providing safe drinking water, proper education, healthcare facilities, and a functioning hospital in such a village? These are basic responsibilities of the government and the concerned administration.
Amid the controversy, CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke reportedly visited the village after the deaths of the children. Some media personnel questioned him about whether he had come there for political purposes and whether politics was being played over the deaths.
But why are these questions being directed primarily at Abhijeet Dipke?
Is Abhijeet Dipke an MLA, Chief Minister, or Prime Minister? Is he responsible for running the Madhya Pradesh government?
If journalists are asking questions about the deaths, shouldn’t the same questions also be directed to the Madhya Pradesh Government and the local administration?
The public deserves answers about the availability of safe drinking water, healthcare facilities, medical staff, hospitals, sanitation, and government services in the affected village.
Political parties and their leaders can certainly be questioned about their actions and intentions. However, when such a serious incident occurs, the primary focus should be on the authorities responsible for public health and basic services.
The bigger question is not simply why a political activist or party founder visited the village. The bigger question is:
Why did the situation reach a point where so many children reportedly became seriously ill and died?
The people of the village deserve answers, accountability, proper healthcare, clean drinking water, and immediate government action—not merely political arguments.
The Madhya Pradesh Government should clarify what caused the deaths, what medical investigation has been conducted, whether contaminated water played any role, and what immediate steps are being taken to prevent further loss of life.
